The pre-milling cutters should be assembled according to the following position to
receive good milling performance.

Saw blades have sharp edges. Use cut-resistant gloves to prevent injuries

Loosen the nut (1) and fix the saw blade in
position with a screwdriver.
Remove nut (1), flange (2) and saw blade
from the shaft.
Clean the unit and place a new saw blade on
the shaft:
NOTE:
Ensure that the saw blade is running in
the correct direction.
Mount the flange (2) and fix it with the nut,
and for that purpose fix the saw blade in
position again with a screwdriver.
(recommended torque 25 Nm).
Remove the front unit (2). Here-for the
two cap screws (1) remove to gain access
to the fixing nut (3). Loosen the fixing nut
(3). Two hexagon spanners SW17 are
necessary.
Change the milling cutter and reassemble
in reverse order.
NOTE:
Make sure that the cutter runs in
the correct direction. Cutters could be
exchanged for the counterpart. Upper
milling cutters to lower unit and vice versa
as both sides are shaped as cutting edges.
