OPERATION

16.1 Preparatory activities

Open the cover of the granulate container
(1) and fill the granulate into it. Then close
the granulate container again.
NOTE:
heating elements (2) should be
covered.
Place the edge band on the edge
band support (1) and slide it
through the rollers (2), heating
plate (3) up to the feed roller
(4).
The height adjustment is to be made
at 2 positions:
The edge hold-down device (1)
should be adjusted with approx. 1-
2 mm height clearance.
For Pos1: Release the lever Lower
the roller and fix the lever again.
For Pos2: Loosen screw 3 and adjust
the height with the knurled screw
(2).
