Setting the glue temperature
The gluing function must not be activated until the target temperature of the
adhesive has been reached, thus preventing damage to the motors of the gluing unit.

The glue temperature can be set on the touch
display (2) and the current glue temperature
(1) can be read on the display.
NOTE:
If the limit temperature has not yet
been reached, an alarm ("low temperature")
appears on the display.
The set target temperature should be set
correctly according to the glue granulate.
Temperature control is active until the machine
is switched off.
Heating and thus temperature control is
activated or deactivated by means of button
(3).
"heat on" : heating active
"heat off": heating deactivated
By selecting the control module, the command
window can be reached in which the respective
units can be activated or deactivated by touching
the display. The status is indicated by the colour
of the field border.
Red background Status A = started
transparent background Condition B = stopped
The following units are enabled or disabled at the
attached items.
Pos 1: Conveyor belt
Pos 2: Gluing unit
Pos 3: double cutter/trimmer unit
Pos 4: Pre-milling cutter
Pos 5: Mitre saw (edge band saw)
