- Página 6 INSTALACIÓN Y MONTAJE 5.1 Emplazamiento El acceso a la bomba o instalación debe estar suficientemente restringido, de forma que ninguna persona pueda acceder a ella inadvertidamente. Se deben disponer de elementos seguros que eviten el acceso de niños u otras personas de riesgo. Éstos nunca deben permanecer cerca de la bomba mientras esta funciona.
- Página 7 Para la unión de la boca de aspiración de la bomba con el tubo, si este es de Ø superior, se debe emplear un racor excéntrico. Cuando el nivel geodésico en impulsión sea mayor de 15 metros, hay que intercalar una válvula de retención entre la bomba y la válvula de cierre en impulsión para proteger la bomba de los “golpes de ariete”.

- Página 12 6.2 Sentido de giro En la primera conexión hay que vigilar especialmente el sentido de giro del motor. La rotación inversa continuada, puede dañar el sello mecánico. Para la correcta conexión, arrancar durante unos segundos el motor y comprobar que el sentido de rotación sea el indicado en la flecha situada en la tapa del ventilador.
- Página 13 MANTENIMIENTO / CONSERVACIÓN Desconectar la alimentación eléctrica antes de cualquier manipulación. Con el motor parado, controlar y limpiar periódicamente el cestillo del pre-filtro. Para extraer el cestillo, situar las válvulas de aspiración e impulsión en posición de “cerrado”. Soltar la tapa del pre-filtro, extraer el cestillo y limpiarlo bajo un grifo de agua. Para evitar su deterioro no golpearlo.
- Página 14 DESMONTAJE Antes de cualquier operación, todas las válvulas deben estar cerradas. Desconectar el interruptor general eléctrico e interruptor diferencial Soltar y retirar los cables de alimentación de la caja de bornes. Vaciar la bomba y el prefiltro. Utilizar los tapones de purga Liberar los manguitos de aspiración e impulsión.
