TROUBLESHOOTING CHART
If the motor is flooded, do not try to start it; an authorized technician will be notified and
he will dismantle the motor to dry it.
Problem
The pump Works but
no water comes out
The pump is not
working satisfactorily.

Possible causes
1)
The pump has not been primed
2)
There is a pore in the suction pipe so the pump sucks air instead of water.
3)
The prefilter lid is not correctly assembled.
a.
Check the strainer basket
b.
Tighten the knobs evenly
4)
Suction lift is too high
5)
The total pressure losses of the installation exceed the pump capacity
1)
The direction of rotation is incorrect. (for three-phase pumps only)
a.
Reconnect. Reversing the direction of rotation
2)
Prefilter or skimmer basket are dirty or clogged.
3)
The water level of the pool is too low.
a.
Increase the pool water level
4)
The foot valve of the suction pipe is dirty, partially or totally clogged
a.
Clean
