Connect to your bike computer.
Refer to your bike computer or watch manual to
connect your power sensor.
A/ Connect your pedals to your bike computer. Once
the pedals are connected, you should:
B/ Set the crank arm length on your computer/watch
(refer to your computer/watch manual).
Caution: Make sure that the values entered match
those you provided in the application.
C/ Perform a calibration ('zero offset') of the sensor.
To know :
Be aware that not all bike computers/watches
are compatible with power sensors; please refer
to the manual of your bike computer/watch.
With all ANT+ compatible devices, the power sensor
appears as a five-digit number on the connection
screen, corresponding to the ANT+ identifier of the
pedal. You can find the ANT+ identifier of your pedal
on the box or on a sticker inside the box. For a 'dual'
version, just pair the 'main' pedal. The 'secondary'
pedal will not be displayed.
LOOK CLEATS INSTALLATION
Keo Cleats installation
Caution: Before use, ensure that the cleats
!
are securely tightened under your shoes
before engaging.
Attach the cleat under the shoe using the screws
(1) and washers (2) provided (or recommended)
with the cleats. The cleat mark (3) is useful for cleat
positioning (see the next paragraph)

Cleat adjustments
Step 1 : Lateral Cleat Positioning: Center the cleat
as much as possible under the shoe (mounting
holes of the sole in the middle of the cleat windows).
Step 2 : Longitudinal Cleat Positioning (forward or
backward under the shoe). The majority of experts
believe that the mark on the cleat (3) (which
represents the pedal axle) should be positioned
under the axis of the inner metatarsal joint: See
diagram above.
The axis of the joint of your inner metatarsal is
located at the center of the joint between the foot
and the big toe.
Step 3 : Once the cleat is positioned as described
above, place the washers and tighten the screws,
remembering to grease their threads. Tighten with
a 4mm Allen key. The tightening torque should
comply with the one recommended by the shoe
manufacturer and be above 5Nm.
Step 4 : Engage your foot in the pedal and ride
a few meters with your bike. If your heels touch
the bases or if you feel that you are putting more
pressure on your ankle or knee on one side than the
other, change the orientation of the cleat. Repeat
the process until you no longer feel any discomfort
during pedaling.
Step 5 : Once the cleat is fully adjusted, check
the tightening torque (complying with the one rec-
ommended by the shoe manufacturer and above
5Nm)."
Caution: Before heading out on the road,
!
make sure you know how to use your clipless
pedals.
Practice engaging and disengaging the pedals
several times while stationary, and mentally practice
disengaging the pedals at stops or in other situations
that would require you to put your foot down.
