POWER UNIT INSTRUCTIONS (ALL UNITS)
CONNECTING POWER
To Case
When plugging a powered
roll cab into a power source,
be sure to use the provided
15 Foot Cord
cord. The female end of the
plug goes into the tool box
and the male end goes to
the power source.
To Outlet
When plugging a PowerTop
and powered roll cab into a
power source, first start by
using the 30" cable provided
with the top to connect the
top to the roll cab. The male
end of the 30" cable goes
into the PowerTop and the
IEC end goes into the roll cab.
The unit is then powered as
shown in the CONNECTING
POWER section.

When plugging in a work
surface with LED lighting,
plug the included 12 V DC,
3 A power supply into the
female receptacle of the work
surface or any 15 A, breaker
protected, properly installed
and grounded wall receptacle.
The DC connector can then
be plugged into the work
surface as shown.
To service a power
Screw & Nut
strip, uninstall power
strip from the unit
as shown below.
Power strip can
then be unplugged
and replaced.

INSTALLATION
NAMEPLATE SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS (ALL UNITS)
To remove a nameplate with an adhesive back, start by using a
properly rated heat gun (Snap-on Part Number ET1400) to heat the
location of the nameplate. NOTE: BE SURE TO HAVE THE HEAT GUN
AT AN APPROPRIATE TEMPERATURE AND DISTANCE AS TO NOT
DAMAGE THE PAINTED SURFACES.
Once the location is heated up properly, use a non-metal
non-marring pry bar tool (Snap-on Part Number PSN500)
to remove the nameplate. NOTE: BE SURE TO USE THE PRY BAR
TOOL IN A MANNER THAT WILL NOT DAMAGE THE PAINTED
SURFACES OF THE UNIT.
To remove a nameplate with no adhesive and twist nuts,
remove the twist nuts from the back of the nameplate.
To install a nameplate with adhesive back, remove adhesive
backing. If there are locating pins, use them to align the nameplate
and press nameplate firmly onto surface. If there are no locating
pins be sure to line the nameplate up in the exact wanted location
and press nameplate firmly onto surface.
To install a nameplate with no adhesive, start by cleaning surface
where the nameplate is to be applied. Using alignment pins, locate
nameplate and press firmly onto door panel. Secure with (2) twist
nuts from back side of surface as shown in diagram.
INSTALLATION
NOTE: NAMEPLATES MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE ADHESIVE BACKING.
IF NO BACKING, NAMEPLATE CAN BE SECURED USING TWIST
NUTS ONLY AS SHOWN ABOVE. THIS ALLOWS FOR DISASSEMBLY
AND REASSEMBLY SHOULD A LOCKER DOOR NEED TO BE
SWITCHED AROUND.
