DRAWER SLIDES
Ball bearing drawer slides are maintenance-free.
LOCKS
The moving components inside tool storage units are factory greased
and can benefit from additional periodic lubrication. You will need to
remove one or more of the top drawers to access the lock
components. A light coating of lithium-based grease should
be applied to levers, cams, and actuation bars.
CASTERS
The type and size of casters can vary from model to model.
Most casters have grease zerks and should be lubricated with
a multi-purpose, lithium-based grease. Accessible bearings
without grease zerks and other moving parts can be lubricated
by applying a light oil.

FINISH CARE
Snap-on

tool storage is finished with a high quality durable paint.
The finish is designed for a normal work environment: highly
corrosive environments are not recommended. Waxes and polishes
designed to protect clear coats can be used to maintain the luster
of the original finish. Grease and oil can be removed easily by using
standard cleaning products.
If your paint is scratched or nicked, see your
Snap-on representative for touch-up products.
The provided drawer liners are recommended
to protect the finish inside the drawers.
