SET BUILDING (ALL UNITS)
Installation may vary depending on tool storage unit and tool
storage accessory being installed. Refer to instructions included
with specific tool storage unit or accessory.
ALIGNMENT AND CLEARANCES
When building sets, alignments and clearances will
vary and can be minimized with proper assembly
• Center or align accessories. Clearances or gaps
are normal until units are tight
• Loosely fasten components together
• While tightening all fasteners, realignment may
be necessary as units move while tightening
• To keep proper alignments and clearances,
units may have to be partially tightened from
each end until all fasteners are tight.
A jack or other equipment may
be helpful
SET BUILDING NOTES
• Use all fasteners per instructions
• Work surfaces are required below WorkCenters.
Do not use a work surface below top chests and drawer sections
• Work surfaces, top chests, and drawer sections should
be installed directly to the the top of the roll cab.
Remove top mat prior to assembly

DIVIDER DRAWER INSTRUCTIONS (ALL UNITS)
SpeeDrawers come standard on some units and can also be
purchased for order. Each SpeeDrawer comes with a divider
kit that is to be installed by the end user if wanted.
1. Once desired layout is chosen, select correct
dividers for the chosen layout. Discard unused dividers.
2. Starting from the left of the drawer, install the
first row of side-to-side dividers to set spacing.
3. After side-to-side dividers are set,
install the first front-to-back divider.
4. Repeat steps for each necessary row.
5. Secure dividers to drawer using provided screws
Shown to the right is a 5x4 layout only.
Follow same steps for each layout accordingly.
