• Drain the water from the fi lter 'F' by pulling the fi tting
'S' downwards.
• Check the level of oil in the lubricator.
Oil top-up procedure in the lubricator:
• Detach the compressed air line.
• Remove the cup 'T' by rotating it.
• Add oil as required.
• Make sure that the gaskets are in position before
re-closing the cup.
USE ONLY OILS FOR AIR DEVICES, DO NOT USE
BRAKE FLUID OR OTHER NON-RECOMMENDED
LUBRICANTS.
Suggested oils for the fi lter/lubricator unit:
TAMOIL : WHITE MINERAL OIL 15
SHELL : ONDINA OIL 15
BP : ENERGOL WT3
TOTAL : LOBELIA SB 15
ESSO : MARCOL 82
If the machine is fi tted with a tubeless infl ator tank.
• Drain the condensation from the tank.
Note: The recommended repetition schedule
for the operations described are valid for
normal machine use.
We suggest you check and perform
extraordinary maintenance every time you
consider it necessary and in general, more
frequently than the time intervals indicated.

6.1 Storage

In case the machine is not to be used for a long period
of time (6 months or more) it is necessary to disconnect
all power sources, discharge the bead seater tank (for
models fi tted with the Tubeless System GT), protect all
parts that may be damaged, protect the air hoses that
may be damaged by the drying process.
When putting the machine back in operation, check
fi rst the condition of all previously protected parts, and
check for correct functioning of all devices before using
the machine again.
