Pedal Command Unit
Some controls exist only in the pedal command unit
located on the right of the machine.
The pedal commands leave both the operator's hands
free to perform certain operations perfectly.

Figure 4.1-3, 1 - Beading pedal:
It is used to bead the tires on the rim, to infl ate with air
through the rim valve and with the blast through the
beading nozzle (5, Fig.4.1-6).
To perform the "blast":
HOLD THE BEADING NOZZLE FIRMLY.
•
Operate the pedal command (1, Fig.4.1-3)
fully and at the same time use the button (4, Fig.4.1-6)
on the beading nozzle.

Figure 4.1-3, 2 - Clamping/Unclamping Pedal:
This is used to clamp and unclamp the wheel to and
from the Wheel Support.
•
Press and release the pedal to clamp and
unclamp the rim on the Wheel Support Flange
Figure 4.1-3, 3 - Rotation Pedal:
This activates rotation in both directions.
• Lift the pedal to rotate counterclockwise.
Note: The machine has two clockwise rotation
speeds, based on the pedal pressure.
• Partially press the pedal (fi rst click) for the fi rst
speed clockwise rotation.
• Press the pedal fully (second click) for the second
speed clockwise rotation.
