CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT
• Equipped with separate shelf installation with one, two or three temperature
zones, depending on the model.
• Electronic variable temperature control with digital display and touch input.
• The temperature can be set from 5°C to 20°C (41°F to 68°F) in either compartment
and can be displayed in degrees Fahrenheit or degrees Celsius.
• It can be set for long term storage temperature of or at specific serving
temperature for red / white / sparkling wines.
• Cooling and heating to maintain perfect storage and / or on
condition of service.
• Dynamic cooling compressor to ensure indoor air circulation with uniform
temperature and humidity distribution.
• Blue LED light inside with ON/OFF switch. Operating mode and mode
shop window.
• Malfunction alarm system for open door.
• The "DISPLAY OFF" sleep mode will allow the indicator lights (dis- plays), interior
light and audible alarms to be switched off. Pre-existing cooling operations will
continue to function normally.
• Temperature memory function - If the power supply is interrupted (power surge,
switch off, etc.) and then switched on again, the unit will operate at the last
selected temperature.
• Automatic defrosting with evaporation of defrost water.
• Reversible, triple-pane, smoked, tempered glass door protects the wine from UV
light and creates an attractive presentation with low condensation and low noise
level.
• The matt black coated steel outer frame with a black inner lining offers high
performance, durability and stability. This black coating prevents excessive light
from damaging the maturation process.
• Glass door with optional stainless steel frame and stainless steel knob.
• Optional outward sliding shelves made of varnished, adjustable solid beech for
maximum convenience and flexibility to accommodate different bottle sizes.
