10.8 Programming the Robotic Mower: the Mowing
Plan
WARNING
The robotic mower can be programmed to cut autonomously
during specific blocks of time (active times). When utilizing
this feature, keep bystanders away from the mowing area.
Never allow the robotic mower to operate if you know that
animals or persons are or may be in the mowing area or
vicinity, @ 5.6.3.
WARNING
Observe all applicable laws, regulations, standards and
ordinances when programming active times. Set and adjust
active times after completing the initial installation, @ 14.6.

► Select the size of your lawn and confirm it by pressing the
OK button on the control panel.
Installed restricted areas and secondary areas must not
be included when calculating the size of the mowing area.
The robotic mower automatically calculates a mowing plan
accounting for the size of the lawn and the length of the
perimeter wire.
When the robotic mower has finished calculating the mowing
plan, the display shows the message "Confirm each day
individually or change active time."
► To end the calculation of the mowing plan, push the STOP
button.

► Press the OK button on the control panel to approve or
change the active times. Before modifying active times,
see @ 14.5.
The active times for Monday are displayed and the menu
item "Confirm active times" is highlighted.
► Confirm all active times by pressing the OK button on the
control panel. The display will show the next day's mowing
plan for you to approve or modify.
In the case of small mowing areas, mowing may not be
scheduled every day. In this case, no active times are
displayed and the menu item "Delete all active times" is
not available. Days without active times must also be
confirmed by pressing the OK button on the control panel.
Next to each menu item, one of the following symbols is
displayed:
The displayed active times can be changed. Select
the time interval to be changed using the navigation
pad and open it by pressing the OK button on the
control panel, @ 14.6.
Additional active times can be programmed. Select
the menu item "New active time" and open it by
pressing the OK button on the control panel.
Select up to three active times per day with their start
and end times in the selection window. Confirm it by
pressing the OK button on the control pane.
Active times can be deleted. Select the menu item
"Delete all active times" and confirm it by pressing the
OK button on the control panel.
