* Adjust the longitudinal position of the feed dog by loosening the feed rocker base arm at the position where the center of
the needle hole of feed dog almost aligns with the center of needle when the scale of feed dial is set to 0 (zero) and the
needle bar is in the lowest dead point.
* After the adjustment, check that the feed dog and the feed dog slot of the throat plate do not come in contact with each
other.
* When the feed driving cam is loosened, be careful that the longitudinal position between the feed driving cam and the

7) Stichplatte !3 , Transporteur !4 und Nähfuß !5 für den Nadeltransport installieren, und die Quer- und Längsposition des
Transporteurs einstellen.
* Den Transporteur parallel zum Transporteurschlitz in der Stichplatte installieren.
* Zum Einstellen der Querposition des Transporteurs die Klemmschraube 1 am Transportschwinghebel-Basisarm und
die Feststellschraube 2 am Transportantriebsnocken lösen, und die Transportbasis nach rechts oder links verschieben,
wenn die Querposition nicht mit dem Spiel des Feststellschraubenlochs im Transporteur eingestellt werden kann.
* Zum Einstellen der Längsposition des Transporteurs den Transportschwinghebel-Basisarm an der Position, an der die
Nadel fast genau im Stichloch des Transporteurs zentriert ist, lösen, wenn die Skala des Transportrads auf 0 (Null)
gestellt wird und die Nadelstange sich am unteren Totpunkt befi ndet.
* Nach der Einstellung sicherstellen, dass der im Schlitz der Stichplatte befi ndliche Transporteur nicht mit der Stichplatte in
Berührung kommt.
* Achten Sie beim Lösen des Transportantriebsnockens darauf, dass sich die Längsposition zwischen dem
Transportantriebsnocken und dem Transportschwinghebel-Basisarm nicht verschiebt. (Achten Sie darauf, dass kein
übermäßiger Druck auf den Transportantriebsnocken ausgeübt wird.)

目盛ゼロで針棒下死点の時、送り歯針穴の中
心と針中心がほぼ一致する位置で水平送り
台腕をゆるめて、送り歯の前後位置を調整し
てください。
※ 調整後、送り歯と針板の送り歯溝が擦れてい
ないか確認してください。
※ 上下送りカムをゆるめた場合は、水平送り台
腕との前後位置がズレないように注意して
ください。 （上下送りカムの押し込み過ぎに
注意してください。 ）
