5. The update then begins.
When the update is complete, the analyzer automatically shuts down
and restarts.
CAUTION: Do not remove the CD until after the analyzer shuts down and restarts to complete
the software update, or you could damage the analyzer.

10.5 Returning the Analyzer for Service

Before sending the analyzer in, you must obtain authorization for service: call Abaxis Technical Sup-
port, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-800-822-2947.
