ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Do not do any maintenance with the trolley running or with chemicals still in its circuit.
MAINTENANCE PERIOD
At every use of the trolley
Every 50 hours of operation
N.B. If you encounter any damage to the trolley during your inspection which would compromise the
trolley's operation, or any fluid dripping onto the ground, stop using the trolley and contact a special-
ised technician.
As regards the motor oil, air filter and spark plug (IC motor), follow the routine maintenance instructions
given in the motor's manual.
Excessive running noise is a sign of malfunction. Have the trolley checked out by a specialised technician.

Visually inspect the condition and level of the oil in the
pump reservoir (32).
Check the cleanliness of the filler filter (16), intake filter (2)
and lance nozzle (23).
Check all connections and fittings, e.g. hoses and clamps.
Check the tyre inflation pressure (10) using a pressure
gauge.
Check the condition of the power cord (54) (electric pump
version).
Check the condition and level of the reduction gear oil
(electric and motor-driven pumps).
Check the inflation of the pump pressure accumulator (if
present) using a pressure gauge.
Check the condition of the pump intake circuit and look for
encrustations and blockages (3) .
Check that the pump is properly mounted to the trolley
frame.
