Attention!
Damage from loose screws
Loose screws can cause damage to parts or result in malfunctions.
→ Tighten all screws by hand and check that they are screwed tight.
■ Disconnect the compressed air supply from the compressed air connec-
tion [1-8] and the material supply from the material connection [1-10]
before any assembly work.
8.1. Fitting the material nozzle
Notice!
The chosen material nozzle (not included in the scope of supply) must
be fitted in the air cap of the spray gun before being used for the first
time.
■ Unscrew the air cap ring, with contact protection, [3-1] by hand and
remove together with the air cap [3-2].
■ Insert material nozzle [3-3] in air cap. Pay attention to the groove align-
ment with the fixing pin.
■ Position the air cap ring, with contact protection, together with the air
cap and material nozzle, then screw on by hand.
8.2. Installation of the reversing nozzle with knob
■ Unscrew the air cap ring, with contact protection, [4-1] by hand and
remove together with the air cap [4-3].
■ Correctly orientate and insert the sealing unit [4-4] in air cap.
■ Insert the reversing nozzle with knob [4-2] in the air cap.
■ Position the air cap ring, with contact protection, together with the air
cap, material nozzle and sealing unit, then screw on by hand. Pay
attention to the position of the reversing nozzle and knob relative to the
sealing unit when screwing it on.
