7. Re-establish the electrical and pneumatic connections.
8. Check the section "Configuring the bus system" on page 72 and
adjust the configuration if necessary.

Applied electric voltage and high pressure

Make sure the system is not under pressure or connected to
power when you exchange a module.

1. Unscrew the three screws (1) that fit the multipole connector
module (2) to the valves (hexagonal head, wrench size 8 mm).
2. Detach the module from the valve subbases (3).
3. Push the replacement bus coupler onto the tie rods (4) of the valve
unit. Make sure that the seal (5) is fitted correctly.
4. Refit and tighten the three screws (1). Tightening torque 2.8 to
3.2 Nm.
5. Make all the settings on the bus coupler (see "Making settings" on
page 67).
6. Connect the electrical connections to the bus coupler (see
"Connecting the bus coupler electrically" on page 63).
7. Check the section "Configuring the bus system" on page 72 and
adjust the configuration if necessary.
