This event occurs during any machine job start
when the imager is detected as not ready to
capture images.
This event will occur if a sheet is detected at the
"System Entry" sensor when the Drop Slot is not
active.
(Introduced in CertainScan version 3.10.274,
3.10.275 and 3.20.25) Its intent is to alert the
technician when Falcon+ believes the TMD
needs servicing.
The need for servicing is determined when the
automatic setting of the TMD DAC has been
found to differ three or more times over the last
two weeks. The cause for the automatic setting
changes is most likely due to staple accumula-
tion around the TMD magnet and/or sensor
chip.
The history of the automatic setting of the TMD
DAC is contained within the TMD_DAC_Set-
tings_Log.dat file. It is recommended that you
delete the log file from the C:\OPEX directory to
avoid seeing this error message (at least) once
more after the TMD has been serviced.
