Observe the information on the rating plate.
The rating plate is a sticker located at the top right in-
side the appliance.

Use as intended

The appliance is intended for the display of packaged,
refrigerated food products (specifically meat products)
or access to them by customers.

Structure and function
The appliance is a compact device ready to plug in.
The appliance is pre-programmed ex works.
The appliance contains one or more hermetically
sealed refrigerant circuits whose components are per-
manently and technically tightly connected to each
other.
The design of the individual appliance models may
vary.
The waste heat generated in the appliance is trans-
ferred to the ambient air via a heat exchanger.
The appliance defrosts automatically at regular inter-
vals [see } Chapter 4.1].
The appliance is equipped with glass sliding doors.
The appliance is equipped with a soft-close mechan-
ism, enabling slow and secure closing of the doors.

Automatic defrosting

The appliance features automatic defrosting.
The frequency, duration, and time of defrosting are
preset.

During automatic defrosting, the following display
screen and symbols appear on the display
[see } Chapter 5].

The water produced on defrosting is routed from the
interior of the appliance where it evaporates.
CAUTION
Leakage of condensation water.
Slipping hazard.
§ Check for puddles in front of and under
the appliance.
§ Promptly remove leaking condensation
water.
§ Contact the maintenance service immedi-
ately [see } Chapter 12.4].
If required, semi-automatic defrosting can be used
[see } Chapter 5.2.1].
