Alternative transport lock: Cable ties
Remove transport lock
a) Turn the transport lock upwards and then pull it out
to the front.
b) If using the alternative transport lock: Carefully cut
the cable ties.
c) Dispose of the transport lock in an environmentally
friendly manner.

Setup and installation
Only qualified staff may set up and install the appli-
ance.
Work must be performed according to the II-054 LIS-
BOA installation instructions.
These instructions are available from qualified staff.
Technical data [see } Chapter 3.2]
Technical modifications to the appliance only in agree-
ment and after approval of the manufacturer.
Minimum clearance with single installation or wall-
mounted installation

NOTICE
Material and property damage due to accumu-
lation of warm exhaust air (heat accumula-
tion).
§ The exhaust air must be able to escape freely at
the rear.
§ To ensure good air circulation, maintain minimum
distances to surrounding walls and other appli-
ances..
§ For block setup, the ventilation openings of the
device cover must not be blocked.
§ Superstructures may only be installed in consulta-
tion with the manufacturer. Minimum spacing 100
mm.
Appliances can be connected using bus cables (op-
tional accessories).
Do not cover the temperature display, safety notes, or
the rating plate [see } Chapter 3.2.1].

§ Operate the appliance in a stable operating posi-
tion (horizontal alignment).
§ Only set up the appliance on the pre-installed slid-
ing feet. Fine adjustment up to max. 10 mm pos-
sible.
§ Do not expose the appliance to heat radiation at
the place of installation.
§ Do not expose the appliance to direct air condition-
ing or ventilation at the place of installation.
§ Do not install the appliance outdoors.
Potential property damage due to reduced
cooling power.
§ Only operate the appliance with the installed ex-
haust air rail.

Damage to the refrigerant circuit.
Flammable refrigerant can escape and cause
an explosive gas/air mixture. Fire hazard.
§ Do not obstruct the ventilation openings in
the appliance housing. Use only original
accessory parts.
§ Only install the appliance in well-ventilated
rooms.
§ If the appliance is installed in cellars, you
must ensure that there is sufficient ventila-
tion.
§ Ducts and wall bushings must be sealed
under and behind the unit to protect
against fire.
§ Do not drill holes in the appliance and do
not carry out any other work on the appli-
ance.
