i) Clean the appliance surfaces inside.
j) Clean the glass surfaces inside.
k) Insert cleaned collecting trays and return air grille
l) Insert cleaned bottom shelves.
m)Dry all cleaned parts and surfaces.
n) Close the doors properly.
o) Clean the floor around the appliance

cified temperature for the product has been
reached.

11.1.2 Main cleaning

The main cleaning is an intensive cleaning procedure.
Responsibility
– Only cleaning companies or qualified staff au-
thorised and trained by AHT may carry out a main
cleaning [see } Chapter 11.1.2].
Cleaning interval
– At least once a year, or
– according to separate maintenance agreement
between AHT and customer.
Cleaning steps
Follow the cleaning instructions.
These instructions are available from qualified staff
and cleaning companies authorised by AHT.

Maintenance, service and
repairs
Only qualified staff may carry out maintenance, ser-
vice, and repair work, including the following functional
test.
In the event of questions relating to maintenance, con-
tact the maintenance service [see } Chapter 12.4].

WARNING
Work on the electrical system and re-
frigerant circuit.
Contact with live parts may result in electric
shock. Flammable refrigerant can escape and
cause an explosive gas/air mixture. Fire haz-
ard due to sparking or overload.
§ Only qualified staff may carry out work on
the electrical system and refrigerant cir-
cuit.
§ Observe the electrical safety rules prior to
commencing work.
1. Disconnect the appliance.
2. Secure the appliance against reconnec-
tion.
§ Observe the specific safety instructions
[see } Chapter 2.5.2]
§ During the repair, a competent person
with knowledge of local conditions must
be available as contact for the qualified
staff.
§ Only qualified staff may restart the appli-
ance and perform functional tests.
CAUTION
Sharp edges, rotating parts. Hot sur-
faces.
Risk of injury to hand and body. Risk of burns
in the event of skin contact.
§ Only qualified staff may carry out mainten-
ance service repairs on the appliance.
§ Wear protective gloves.
§ Touch hot surfaces, in particular the com-
pressor, only after they have cooled down.

Maintenance

Maintenance interval
– Once a year
– Twice a year (liquefier filter change)
– or according to separate maintenance agreement
between AHT and customer
Perform maintenance
Observe maintenance instructions and maintenance
logs. These are available from qualified staff.
12.2

Replacing lights

Lights used
– LED bars

a) If a light fails, contact the maintenance service.
