8. PROBLEMS
Some possible problems which may arise while using the lift are listed below. Ravaglioli will not accept any responsibility for damage to people, animals and
objects caused by unauthorised staff using the equipment. In the event of faults, you are advised to contact the technical service department in good time to
receive advice about how to carry out work and/or adjustments in maximum safety conditions, thus avoiding the risk of damage to people, animals and objects.
Turn the main switch to "0" and lock in case of emergency and/or maintenance to the lift
PROBLEMS
Lift does not work at all.
The lift elevates but does not drop.
Descent is extremely slow
The motor turns over regularly but
lifting does not take place.
The motor turns over regularly but
the rise speed is extremely slow.
The lift cannot lift the nominal
capacity
Non-synchronized platform
movement.
The release cylinders do not work.
The main lift and lift table elevate at
the same time (only for
RAV6351 SILP_RAV6352 SILP_

CAUSES

Main switch in "0" position

Transformer fuse or general protection fuses
interrupted (installed by the user).

Fault in the electric system.
The safety pressure gauge is engaged due to

Safety pressure gauge damaged or malfunction of
the control system.

Defect in the descent solenoid valve.

Fault in interception solenoid valve

Descent control valve blocked.

Obstruction beneath footboard P1.

The capacity adjusting valve does not work properly.

Descent control valve blocked in opening position.

Pump suction filter blocked.

Descent solenoid valve partially open.

Pump suction filter partially blocked.

Pump worn or damaged.

Faulty calibration valve.

Pump worn or damaged.

Check efficiency, connections and components
