The volume of the hydraulic system in the mixer is in the tank located on the side of the mixer and by
what is transferred to the hoses. For this reason, part of the oil placed in the tank is transferred to the
hoses after the first operation, thus the volume contained in the tank deceases. Whenever, you need to
refill the oil in the hydraulic system of the mixer, proceed as follows:
1) Fill the amount of oil required for filling the tank (about 80 liters). You should fill the tank until the oil
reachers the upper part of the tank visor.
2) Operate the hydraulic system completely (lift the milling cutter, open the door, and operate the
conveyor). Remember to follow the safety procedures illustrated in this manual. At this time, part of the
oil in the oil tank will be transferred to the hoses, making the volume of the oil tank decrease.
3) Turn off the machine, and fill the oil tank again, so that the oil level reaches the upper part of the visor
on the tank. There are about 10 liters of oil in the hoses, so, you will probably need to fill the tank with 10
liters, so there will be 90 liters of oil again in the tank.
