Controlling the Oil Level in the Reducer Gearbox

Oil Change in the Version without Desensilador
The control of the oil level in the reducer gearbox must be always done after operating, as the oil flows
better in this condition.
The oil level can be verified by the visor (A fig.1) placed on the reducer sump (See the "Summarized
maintenance table" to check the appropriate oil change periods, after 10 hours of operation and then
every 50 hours thereafter).
Remove the filling plug to fill the oil (B fig.2) and fill until the MAX level as displayed on the visor (A fig.1).
For changing the oil, remove the drain plug (C fig.3) from the reducer gearbox and remove the filling
plug (B fig.2) in order to make the oil drain faster (For the oil change periods, see the "Summarized
maintenance table").
(The old oil must be discarded as stated in the local applicable environmental regulations).
Replace the drainage plug (C fig.3), fill the oil until the MAX level as displayed on the visor (A fig.1) (see
the "Lubricant quantity table").
Close the filling plug (B fig.2).
