Changing the Tires

If it is necessary to change a tire, proceed as follows:
Place the machine on a flat and solid surface.
Engage the parking brake of the tractor and remove the keys (If the wagon is
disengaged from the tractor, place shims to immobilize the opposite tire being
changed).
Lower the tractor and place the jack in the place as shown by the specific
safety label (1 fig.1).
Proceed in changing the tire. (tightening torque -340 Nm).
NOTE: Use jacks with an adequate load capacity, according to the
type of jack (see the : TECHNICAL DATA TABLE"). The position, in
cases of an intervention, place a safety label on the sides, near the
tires.

Hydraulic Hoses

In cases of changing the hydraulic hoses, abide by the local applicable standards for discarding them.
Orders for spare hoses or replacements must be sent to Nogueira, and we will supply all the necessary
recommendations.
This is for avoiding useless risks of pollution hazards and explosion due to the use of inappropriate
parts.

Problems and Solutions

PROBLEMS
- The milling process is too slow and not
difficult
- The weighing system (scale) does not work.
- The discharge conveyor is blocked
- Activating the raising and lowering of the
milling machine chassis, it does not move

Check, after turning off the machine and
disconnecting the driveshaft from the tractor, if
the blades on the milling thread cutters are
worn or damaged. In this case, replace them
In the case of abnormalities, check the
instruction manual on the weighing system
(scale)
Check the tightness of the conveyor
Check the internal cleanliness of the conveyor
Check if the cylinder valve on the left side is
open
Try again, raising the chassis and begin by
lowering it more slowly (the oil can be too cold
and then activate the closure of the safety
value located inside the cylinders)
