NOTE
• The WWS-CAT fastener may only be put into operation by trained
personnel.
• Before the WWS-CAT can be mounted, the robot must be moved to the
maintenance position.
• Lay all cables in such a way that the movements of the robot are not
restricted. Avoid narrow kinks.
NOTE
• Before the flange P can be mounted, the robot must be moved to the
maintenance position.
• The flange design and hole pattern must correspond to the interface of
the robot.
1 Fasten and, if required, bolt the robot axis and flange P in the zero position
using suitable screws.
2 Connect the compressed air. Hose connections inner width 5 mm.

NOTE
• Select the installation site such that a quick approach and departure are
possible. It is best mounted on the robot main axis.
• For tool change, at least 2 tool rests are required, an unoccupied one for
depositing a tool and one containing the ready tool.
1 Mount the tool rest on a vibration-free and horizontal base with
two screws (M8).
2 Connect the compressed air. Hose connections inner width 4 mm.
