NOTE
• As the WWS-CAT is integrated into a welding system, operation
depends on the robot control system. Please make sure that operation
takes into account all components integrated in the welding system.
1 Switch on the robot control.
2 Start the welding process.
3 Stop the welding process.
CAUTION
• Always wear your personal protective clothing when performing
maintenance and cleaning work.
• Personal protective clothing consists of safety gloves, safety goggles,
safety shoes and, if necessary, a safety helmet.
NOTE
• As the WWS-CAT is integrated into a welding system, putting out of
operation depends on the robot control system. Please make sure that the
shutdown procedures for all components integrated in the welding
system are strictly observed.
1 Switch off the robot control.
Scheduled maintenance and cleaning is a prerequisite for a long life and a
trouble-free operation. In doing so, observe the following:
DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up.
For the entire duration of maintenance, servicing, dismounting and repair
work, the following instructions must be adhered to:
• Switch off the power supply.
• Close off the compressed air supply.
• Pull the mains plug.
