Even after the game has been operating for some time, it is advisable to regulaly
check and adjust the payout rate as the following can all cause the payout rate to
change.

Procedures for Field Payout Rate Measurment
Procedure 1 (preparing the measurement conditions)
1.
Remove all coins from the playfield.
2.
Add sufficient coins to the Coin Hopper (C).
3.
Make sure that the Payout Solenoid is turned off.
4.
Clear the count for Coin Hopper (C).
5.
Turn the Coin Hopper (C) on. The Coin Hopper (C) stops automatically
after it has discharged 2000 coins (approx 35 minutes)
6.
Ensure that the coins are distributed evenly on the playfield so that the
measurement can be performed properly.
Procedure 2 (preparing for measurement)
1.
Add sufficient coins to the Coin Hopper (C).
2.
Turn the Payout Solenoid ON so coins that fall from the front edge are sent
to the coin tray.
3.
Turn the Coin Hopper (C) on. The Coin Hopper (C) stops automatically after
it has discharged 2000 coins (approx 35 minutes)
*If the Coin Hopper (C) becomes empty before discharging 2000 coins, it
stops automatically to protect the hopper motor from damge. Add coins and
turn the hopper on again.
4.
Count the coins that have fallen onto the tray.
5.
The Payout Rate can be calculated using the following equation:
Number of coins fallen to the coin tray
coin hopper (C) (2000 coins) x 100 = field payout rate (%)
Coin diameter, coin thickness, coin weight and coin
surface patterns.
Temperature, humidity and the level of the machine.
Dirtiness of Coins, dirtiness of the Playfield and
scratches to the Playfield.
