11 Dismounting
DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up.
The following instructions must be adhered to for the entire duration of maintenance,
servicing, mounting, dismounting and repair work:
• Switch off the power source.
• Close off the compressed air supply.
• Switch off the entire welding system.
• Disconnect all electrical connections.
NOTICE

1 Disconnect the cable assembly (2) from the wire feeder (1) .

2 Unscrew threaded sleeve (2) and bellows (3), remove fastening
screw (14).

3 Pull cable assembly (2) out of the iCAT and remove it through the 4th axis of the robot
toward the back.

4 Disconnect torch neck and remove it.
