Selecting step mode control function (PP)

Condominium function: the gate opens and closes after the set automatic closing time.
The automatic closing timer restarts if a new step mode command is received.
Step mode commands are ignored while the gate is opening. This allows the gate to open completely
and prevents the gate from closing when not required.
