I MACHINE DESCRIPTION

GENERAL SAFETY STANDARDS
In any dangerous situation, stop the machine by
pressing the STOP button (fig.I/01).
Strictly observe the general safety and accident-prevention
standards listed hereafter:
- This machine is not intended to be used by children
orpersons with limited physical, sensorial and intellectual
faculties or lacking experience and/or knowledge unless they are
monitored by a person in charge of their safety or receive instructions
concerning use of the machine. Children must be supervised to avoid them
playing with the machine.
- Children must be supervised to avoid them can approach or play with the
machine.
- Use of the machine is reserved for operators only, who have read,
understood and acknowledged all that is included in this manual.
- The machine contains refrigerant gas cat. A3 (highly flammable) R290
Propane. Make sure that operators are informed of the presence of potentially
flammable atmospheres if the machine malfunctions. Warning: refrigerant
gases may be odorless. Do not smoke, use open flames and/or any other
source of flame ignition in the immediate vicinity of the machine. Always ensure
adequate air exchange in the room where the machine is installed.
- It is forbidden to remove or tamper with the safety systems installed on the
machine.
- While the appliance is operating, it is mandatory to check that danger
situations for persons do not occur. Should these conditions occur, stop the
appliance immediately.
- When you have finished working with the machine, it is mandatory to cut
power by acting on the master switch.
- When unusual noise or anomalous functioning is perceived, it is mandatory
to immediately stop operations in progress and to search for the cause of
these irregularities. If in doubt, avoid improper operations by contacting the
technical assistance service of the manufacturer.
- Any tampering or modification of the machine automatically entails the
immediate termination of the warranty and relieves the manufacturer of all
and any liability for direct or indirect damage caused.
- During loading, unloading and handling operations, it is mandatory to use
equipment with a capacity adequate for the mass (weight) of the machine,
using hoisting devices and accessories with features and state of use
suitable for the purpose.
- If fire-prevention equipment is necessary use types which are compatible
with the presence of voltage on board.
- It is forbidden to wear long and loose apparel, ties, jewellery, scarves or
similar clothing which could get caught in the moving parts of the machine.
Hair must be tied back and shirt-sleeves tight.
- The machine will not eventually compensate and correct for any errors
during the setup or filling operations. Thus, the initial assembly and priming
procedures are of extreme importance. It is strongly recommended that
personnel responsible for the machine's operation, both assembly and
disassembly, go through these procedures together in order to be properly
trained and to prevent misunderstandings. In the event you should require
technical assistance, please contact your local authorized Distributor.
- In case of doubts regarding the operation, use, maintenance and any other
aspect concerning the safety of the equipment, contact the authorized
technical assistance.

USE
Appliance suitable for batch freezing of ice cream mixtures and sherbets
production, according to use allowed by Law.

WORKING LIMITS
Do not use the machine with inconstant power supplies or +/- 10% beyond
the value indicated on the plate or with the power cable damaged.
Do not use the machine in explosive atmospheres.
Do not wash the machine with high-pressure water jets or with harmful
substances.
Do not expose the machine to excessive heat or humidity.
Do not use unbalanced mixtures and/or amounts which do not comply with
the specifications carried on the packs.
The machine must only be used indoors, it is forbidden to use it outdoors.
Usage not expressly indicated in this manual is to be considered
improper and therefore must be strictly avoided. The
manufacturer will not be held liable for direct or indirect harm to
persons or animals or damage to objects caused by improper use of
the machine.

MARKING AND GRAPHIC SIGNS
The machine is provided with an identification plate and several pictograms.
They must be known along with the manual to guarantee safe use.

The label forbid extraordinary maintenance and/or repair
operations by delegating these only to personnel authorized
by the manufacturer, whose eventual address is indicated in
the space provided.

Every intervention on the machine must be carried out with
extreme care and in compliance with the regulations on the
prevention of accidents at work in force in the country in
which it is installed.

The label warns the operator that it must not under any
circumstances remove the panels, thus avoiding the risk of
electrocution that could be lethal. Also in this case any
maintenance of the internal components must be carried
out by qualified personnel authorized by the manufacturer.

Do not insert objects or fingers into the slits in the panels
and from the bottom of the machine. Do not operate without
the machine closing panels. Operate only if all the moving
components of the machine are correctly assembled and
positioned.
