I - Starter rope
CAUTION: Sudden release of the handle may cause an impact on the engine. Release
the handle slowly adjusting to the kickback force.
Engine speed control
1) Warm up the engine and move the suction lever to the "OPEN" position.
O - suction lever
2) Set the throttle lever to the proper position to ensure proper operating speed.
