Troubleshooting
• Although regular maintenance will extend the life of the device, prolonged or
continuous use may eventually lead to the need for service to allow continued
proper operation.
• The following guide lists the most common possible problems with the device,
their causes, and remedies.
• To find out how to do most of the minor adjustments and service repairs
yourself, see the table below. Repairs or adjustments that the user is not able to
make by himself (e.g. due to a lack of specialist knowledge) should be
outsourced to the manufacturer's service department.
WARNING!
• To avoid serious injury, maintenance should only be performed with the engine
switched off.
• Before performing maintenance, always disconnect the spark plug wire and keep
it away from it to prevent the accidental starting of the engine.
