Important
Before proceeding with this operation check
that the well is not raised and resting fi rmly
on fi xed part of appliance.
Turn on the gas supply tap.

Turn the knob (A) clockwise (pos. 1) to turn on
)
the electricity supply. The mains light (C) goes
out.
Press and turn the knob (B) anti-clockwise (pos.
)
3) to turn on the pilot light. Hold the knob down
for approximately 15 sec. to start up the ther-
mocouple.
Press and turn the knob (B) anti-clockwise

(pos. 4) to turn on the burner.
Turn the knob (A) clockwise (pos. 1) to the tem-
)
perature required. The temperature light (D)
comes on. When it reaches the temperature, the
light goes off .
Turning off
Press the knob (B) and turn it clockwise (pos.

5) to turn off the burner. The pilot light will re-
main on to allow the burner to be re-lit.
Press the knob (B) and turn it clockwise (pos.
)
6) to turn off the pilot light.
Turn the knob (A) clockwise (pos. 2) to turn off
)
the electricity supply. The mains light (C) goes
out.
Turn off the gas supply tap.
)
Cut off the mains electricity supply using the
)
appliance's master switch.
