15.1. Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Information
Medical electrical equipment requires special cautions regarding electromagnetic compat-
ibility (EMC). Portable and mobile radio frequency (RF) communications equipment can af-
fect devices such as the Zen-O™ Portable Oxygen Concentrator. As such, the device should
not be used adjacent to other equipment. If this is not practical, then observe the device to
make sure it is operating properly at all times.
15.1.1. Guidance and manufacturer's declaration: electromagnetic emissions
The Zen-O™ Portable Oxygen Concentrator is intended for use in the electromagnetic envi-
ronment specified below. The customer or the user of the concentrator should ensure that it
is used in such an environment.

energy only for its internal function.
Therefore, its RF emissions are very low and are not
likely to cause any interference in nearby electronic
equipment.

directly connected to the public low-voltage power
