1 Select A4 led.
If the led twinkles the program is already set for double pulsation.
2 Adjust the frequency of the double pulsation through the Encoder.
The display will shows the frequency (from 0,5 Hz to 5 Hz), whereas the pulsation of
the A4 led visualises the frequency repetition of the double pulsation.

The double pulsation value is memorised as soon as you start welding.
Please Note:
The double pulsation starts at the end of the first up-slope and finishes at the end of the
highest time of twin pulse if torch switch is released.
The parameters of the double pulsation can be modified by the user and can be different
from eachother in the same program if they are memorised into the job points.
1 LED A4 aktivieren.
Blinkt die LED, ist das Doppelpuls-System aktiv. Ansonsten durch Drehknopf einschalten.
2 Pulsfrequenz mit dem Drehknopf einstellen. Display zeigt die Pulsfrequenz (von 0.5 bis 5 Hz)
an. Die Pulsierung der LED A4 zeigt die Frequenz der Doppelpulsierung an.
Der Doppelpuls-Wert wird beim nächsten Schweißen gespeichert.

Beachten Sie bitte:

Die Doppelpulsierung startet sobald die erste Rampe (UP-Slope) beendet ist und endet wenn der
Brennertaster betätigt wird, am Ende der Schweißzeit.
Die Doppelpuls-Parameter können im selben Programm über Unterprogramme (JOBS) unterschiedli-
chhinterlegt werden.
