2. ELECTRICAL POWER
SAFETY REGULATIONS
- Avoid working with cables that are worn or frayed and make sure all phase
and grounding connections are correctly made with standard plugs.
- Never wind torch or earth cables around he body.
- Avoid operating in damp or wet environments without the proper precautio-
nary measures.
- Avoid operating with a welding set which is not protected by panels or covers
so as to safeguard the hardware and, of course, the welder himself.

3. FIRE PREVENTION - SAFETY
REGULATIONS
- Have suitable fire-extinguishers located in the work area and periodically
check their efficiency.
- Position the generator on a stable, flat horizontal surface, making sure that
aeration is sufficient and that over-heating is not caused by obstructions of the
rear panel.
- Follow all the regulations applicable when welding has to be carried out on
containers of lubricants or flammable substances.

VORSCHRIFTEN FÜR DIE
ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT
- Niemals mit schad haften Kabeln arbeiten, der Anschluss von Phasen
und Erdleiter ist ordnungsgemäß mit einem Normstecker
auszuführen.
- Die Schweißbrennerkabel oder das Werkstückkabel dürfen niemals
um den Körper gewickelt werden.
- Es sollte niemals ohne entsprechende Schutzmaßnahmen in feuchten
oder nassen Räumen gearbeitet werden.

- Es sollte niemals mit dem Schweißgerät bei geöffnetem Gehäuse
gearbeitet werden, um die Sicherheit für Anlage und Bediener zu
gewährleisten.
3.
BRANDSCHUTZVORSCHRIFTEN
- Der Arbeitsbereich sollte mit entsprechenden Feuerlöschern
ausgestattet sein, die regelmäßig auf ihre Funktionstüchtigkeit zu
überprüfen sind.
- Das Schweißgerät auf eine stabile, waagerechte Fläche stellen und
sicherstellen, dass eine ausreichende Luftzufuhr vorhanden ist. Die
Platte an der Rückseite nicht abdecken, damit es nicht zu einer
Überhitzung kommt.
- Falls Schweißungen an Behältern für brennbare Stoffe
ausgeführt werden müssen, sind die entsprechenden Vorschriften
einzuhalten.
