ADJUSTMENTS WITH JOB POINTS:
Job points are preset user adjustments.
Every program can store a max. of 9 Job
points
In order to select the Job points:
1 Select led B4.
2 With the Encoder scroll on the right

display the available job points.
When a job point is selected, in the front
panel you can read the preset parameters of
the corresponding job point.

Into the job point it is possible to
memorise:
- Current-voltage, wire speed and thickness
- Type of welding MIG/MAG or pulse
MIG/MAG

- Torch Switch Cycle
- Arc Length
- Double pulsation and frequency
- Arc choke
- Pregas
- Postgas
- Burn Back Time
- Soft start
- Double Pulsation parameter (if in use)
(Balance % low and wave shape)

- Start current
- Up slope time (if in use) "first slope"
- Craterfiller time (if in use)
- Final current (if in use)
- Timer time (if in use)
Please Note:
The machine can store up to 900 Job points

Einstellung der Unterprogramme (Jobs)
Jobs sind anwenderbezogene Einstellungen.
Jedes (Haupt)-Programm kann max. 9 Jobs
enthalten.
In order to select the Job points:
1 LED B4 aktivieren.
2 Durch betätigen des Drehknopfes
werden die verfügbaren Jobs angezeigt.
Nach Auswahl eines Jobs können
die entsprechenden Parameter am Bedienpanel
abge-lesen werden.
Für jeden Job sind folgende
Parameter speicherbar:
- Stromspannung, Drahtgeschwindigkeit,
Materialstärke
- Schweißart

- Lichtbogenlänge
- Doppelpuls-Funktion mit Frequenz
- Lichtbogendrossel
- Gasvorströmzeit (PREGAS)
- Gasnachströmzeit (POSTGAS)
- Drahtrückbrandzeit (Burn Back)
- Zündgeschwindigkeit (SOFT START)
- Doppelpuls-Parameter (falls Funktion aktiv)
- Startstrom
- Startrampe (falls Funktion aktiv)
- Endrampe (falls Funktion aktiv)
- Endstrom
- Timerzeit (falls Funktion aktiv)
Bitte beachten Sie:
Das System kann bis zu 900 Jobs verwalten.
