and respect the user has full and exclusive responsibility, in particular concerning safety.

5. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
ADR prescribes the obligation of a Document of Transport (D.D.T.) on which the following information shall be indicated:
1. The name and address of the consignor
2. The name and address of the recipients
3. The abbreviation UN, followed by the UN N for the material (for diesel: A 1202)
4. The official designation of transport of the material
5. (eg. DIESEL fuel or DIESEL)
6. The ADR class of the material (for diesel: 3)
7. The packing group of the material(for diesel: III)
8. The tunnel restriction code (for diesel "E") ES. wording according to c), d) e), f): "UN 1202 DIESEL, 3, III, (E)"
9. The number and description of the parcels (e.g. n° 1 GIR/IBC 31A)
10. The total quantity of dangerous goods (e.g. 960 litres)
In the case of transport in exemption, the total quantity in litres for the purposes of calculating the exemption must also be indicated, fol-
lowed by the description: "Transport not exceeding the exemption limits prescribed in 1.1.3.6 ADR"
– D.D.T. ADR does not replace in any way any further document required by any other applicable standards (e.g. fiscal accompanying note).
– ADR does not provide for the D.D.T. the use of standard forms; any other document due can assume the value of DDT ADR provided it
contains all the information listed above.
– The D.D.T. can be quite complex in the case that the GIR/IBC's emptied in successive intermediate destinations, and then each section
of transport is made with different quantities of product.
EMILIANA SERBATOI srl is able to provide, at the request of the users concerned, a Guide booklet for the proper
completion of the transport document, particularly with respect to the transport by sections.
It is in any case a pure and simple informative support which does not purport in any way to exhaust the transport case
studies that can actually occur, nor to replace the binding regulations of the chap. 5.4 ADR.
6. RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. RESPONSIBILITIES OF EMILIANA SERBATOI SRL
EMILIANA SERBATOI Srl is responsible for the supply of a product compliant with the legislation in force at the time of delivery, then built
to perfection, using suitable, reliable materials and components and corresponding to the approvals obtained.
In particular EMILIANA SERBATOI Srl is responsible for the provision of a machine in whose design and construction risks related to all
stages of use and maintenance were considered and, where possible, eliminated or reduced, by including in this manual the most suitable
instructions and warnings to minimise residual risks. EMILIANA SERBATOI Srl disclaims any responsibility for any event or situation due to:
– the user's failure to comply with the instructions, prescriptions, warnings and prohibitions contained in this manual, and in particular
to use other than that described in Chapter 7 "uses allowed and not allowed" and to such actions or behaviours inconsistent with the
provisions invoked by the warning notices
– improper maintenance or maintenance performed by non-qualified personnel
– the use of non-original or non corresponding spare parts (See section 13.5)
– tampering with safety devices, protections, or altering of the calibration data, if set (See section 13.3)
– modifications not expressly and previously authorised by EMILIANA SERBATOI Srl.
6.2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
The "user" is the subject who, for whatever reason, is responsible for the operational management of the CTK or HIPPOTANK
