The separator tray keeps contamination away from the
abrasive material and the blast wheel.
To fill the product with abrasive
material

and remove the separator cover.

3. Open the 2 clamps (B) and pull out the separator
tray (C).

4. Remove all contaminations from the separator tray
when you fill abrasive material or when it is
necessary.
5. Fill the separator with abrasive material to the height
of the separator tray. Fill abrasive material when it is
necessary.
Pressure tank manometer
The pressure tank manometer shows the pressure in the
pressure tank. The air in the pressure tank cleans the
primary filters. The pressure is approximately 7 bar/100
PSI during operation.
To operate the dust valve
•
Turn the handle up to open the dust valve.
