5. Lightly lubricate the rubber seal on the new hydraulic
oil filter with new hydraulic oil.

Troubleshooting
Cause
The blast wheel is worn or damaged.
The blast wheel blades are worn or dam-
aged.
The alignment of the blast wheel is incorrect.
There are loose screws and nuts.
There is an incorrect tension of the drive belt
for shot blaster head.
The engine is damaged.
The wheels are damaged.
The blast wheel bearings are not lubricated.
6. Attach the hydraulic oil filter. Tighten by hand until
there is resistance, then tighten ¾ turn more.
7. Do a check that there are no leaks around the
hydraulic oil filter.
8. Fill the hydraulic oil tank. Refer to
hydraulic oil on page 24 .
9. Do a check of the hydraulic oil level. Refer to
check of the hydraulic oil level on page 24 .
Solution
Replace the blast wheel.
Replace the blast wheel blades.
Adjust the alignment of the blast wheel.
Tighten all screws and nuts.
Do a check of the tension of the drive belt for
shot blaster head.
Speak to an approved Husqvarna service
agent.
