5. Put a slide hammer in the screw thread of the pinch
bar.
6. Remove the pinch bar with a slide hammer.
7. Dispose the worn pinch bar.
8. Install the new pinch bar in the opposite sequence.
To replace the blast wheel blades
CAUTION:
blades at the same time.
1. Remove 2 nuts (A) and the cover (B).
2. Replace the 4 blast wheel blades. Do these steps for
each blast wheel blade:
a) Remove the blade holder (C) of the blast wheel
blade.
b) Remove the small circular seal (D).
c) Remove the blast wheel blade (E) with a slide
hammer.
d) Install a new blast wheel blade in the opposite
sequence.
CAUTION:
unbalance in the blast wheel, replace
all 4 blast wheel blades at the same
time.
3. Install the cover and the 2 nuts.

1. Remove the bearing assembly (A).
2. Remove the side cover with outer liner (B).
3. Remove the top liner and bottom liner (C).
4. Remove the seals (D).
5. On the other side of the shot blaster head remove
the pulley (E).
