6. Pull the blast wheel out (F).
7. Install the new blast wheel in the opposite sequence.
To do a check of the tension of the
drive belt for the shot blaster head
WARNING:
without the drive belt cover installed.
1. Stop the product. Refer to
page 15 .
2. Remove the panel between the seat and the blast
wheel.

3. Loosen the bolt (A) that holds the tensioner.
4. Adjust the tension of the drive belt for the shot
blaster head with the tension wrench (B).
5. Hold tension 46 Hz on the drive belt with the tension
wrench and tighten the bolt.
To replace the air filter
CAUTION:
without the air filter installed.
CAUTION:
1. Remove the cap (A).
2. Remove the primary air filter (B).
3. Remove the secondary air filter (C).
4. Dispose the used air filters.
5. Install the new air filters in the opposite sequence.
