TERMINAL BLOCK REPLACEMENT

Tools Required:
• T20 Torx Driver
• T25 Torx Driver
Procedure:
1.
Raise the cot to full up position.
2.
Remove the battery and save for reinstallation.
3.
Using a T25 Torx driver, remove the six
outer button head cap screws (A) from the
face plate (Figure 62). Save all screws for
reinstallation.
4.
Using a T20 Torx driver, remove the four
inner delta screws (B) from the face plate to
remove the face plate (Figure 62). Save all
screws and the face plate for reinstallation.
5.
Using a T20 Torx driver, remove the four
delta screws (C) that secure the electronics
assembly to the foot end enclosure and pull
the electronics assembly out (Figure 63).
Save all parts for reinstallation.
6.
Unplug the black and red wires that connect
the cot connector cable assembly (D) to the
control board (E) (Figure 64).
7.
Using a T20 Torx driver, remove the two delta
screws (F) from the bottom plate of the foot
end enclosure (G) to remove the enclosure
(Figure 64). Save all parts for reinstallation.
8.
Remove the terminal block and discard.
9.
Reverse steps to reinstall.
10. Check functionality by running the cot up and
down several times.
11. Verify proper operation of the unit before
returning it to service.
