En el caso que el cliente requiera utilizar la comunicación
básica, mientras se instala el software UPSMAN se tiene
que escoger "Basic Comm xxKva/xxmin"., donde las xx son
valores que deben coincidir con las características del
modelo de su SAI.
3.3.- Ajustes de los dispositivos periféricos.
Este apartado indica las instrucciones a seguir cuando se
comprueban los periféricos conectados al SAI, tales como
pulsadores de emergencia, el PC o el mando a distancia.
3.3.1.- Comprobación del circuito de apagado de
emergencia (E.P.O.).
Este circuito ha sido diseñado para apagar el SAI en situaciones
de emergencia (incendio, inundaciones, etc.). Se utiliza un
pulsador externo de emergencia con contacto NC conectado
a la tarjeta de relés.
Para comprobar si funciona conrrectamente proceder de la
siguiente manera:
ADVERTENCIA: si las condiciones anteriores no se verifican,
comprobar los terminales en la tarjeta de relés (apartado 3.3.3).

3.3.- Pheripheral device set-up.
This paragraph reports the instruction to be followed when
testing the external plants and the peripheral devices connect-
ing UPS, i.e., the safety ON/OFF switch, the PC, the remote panel.
3.3.1.- Check of the Emergency Power Off circuit
(E.P.O.).
This circuit has been designed to switch off the UPS in emer-
gency conditions (i.e., fire, flood, etc.). It utilizes an external
safety switch with NC contact connecting the Relay card .
To check that it operates correctly proceed as described
below.
WARNING: If the above conditions are not verified, check
the straps on the Relay card (see parag. 3.3.3).
