Los interruptores pueden ser implementados mediante fusibles
o magnetotérmicos de curva C. Las protecciones diferenciales
para componentes AC y DC pueden ser de 500mA o más. La
corriente nominal del dispositico se muestra en la tabla anterior.
2.2.1.- Preparación de la red trifásica primaria.
Antes de proceder al conexionado del SAI es necesario
comprobar:
-
Que los valores de tensión y frecuencia son los mismos
que los indicados en la placa de características ubicada
en la parte interna de la puerta del SAI (tensión de entrada,
frecuencia de trabajo).

Que el tierra cumple plenamente con la normativa IEC o
la normativa local.
Sucesivamente, proceder a la instalación de un magnetotérmico
de 4 polos tanto en la entrada como en la salida del SAI (ver
diagrama anterior) . Las caracterísiticas del interruptor son:

Capacidad igual o mayor a la indicada en la etiqueta
situada en la parte interna de la puerta del SAI (kVA).

Características de acuerdo con las normas IEC o normas
locales para los interruptores magnetotérmicos "Curva C".
-
Los cables de conexión deben tener una longitud suficiente
que permita avanzar el armario unos 60 cm. y facilitar así
los trabajos de mantenimiento.
El cableado deberá ser flexible y con la sección adecuada tal
como sugiere la siguiente tabla:

Circuit breakers can be fuse type or magnetotermic type curve
C, differential protections can be utilized , with 500mA
sensitivity or more, for AC and DC component .Rated current
is shown in the upper table.
2.2.1.- Setting up the three-phase primary supply
mains.
Before connecting the UPS check that:
-
The mains voltage and frequency values are as those
indicated on the adhesive label attached on the door's rear
plane of the UPS (input voltage, working frequency).

Plant grounding fully complies either with IEC norms or
local laws.
Afterwards, start installing the four-pole magnetothermic
switches both at the input and output of the UPS (see diagram
below). The switches feature:

Capacity equal or greater than that reported on the label
situated on the UPS door's rear plane (KVA);
-
Characteristics compliant either with IEC norms or local
laws for "Curve C" magnetothermic switches.

Connecting cables must have a suitable lenght to allow
the cubicle to advance at least 60cm, for lateral and back
accessibility in case of mantainance.
Wiring must be flexible cable with the section as
suggested in the following table:
