4.1.- Descripción general.
El SAI está formado por un armario con tapa frontal que
alberga el panel de control y la señalización.
Detrás de la puerta se encuentran los diversos interruptores de
funcionamiento, protegidos, para evitar maniobras accidentales.

En la parte posterior se encuentran dos ranuras reservadas
para un conector DB9 para conectar el SAI con un PC que,
mediante un programa suministrado por el fabricante, per-
mite gestionar el funcionamiento del SAI. En la misma
bornera de la tarjeta se puede conectar un mando a distancia
(opcional). Los indicadores en dicho mando a distancia
muestran el estado de funcionamiento actual del SAI.Bajo
demanda, es posible suministrar una tarjeta adicional de relés.
El SAI se ha diseñado y fabricado para ofrecer una elevada
prestación en seguridad, protección y fiabilidad.
Por lo tanto, el SAI es idóneo para respaldar cargas críticas
y sofisticadas, altamente sensibles a picos y microcortes de
la red electrica principal.

4.1.- General overview.
UPS consist of a cabinet featuring a finely designed front coverplate
with flowing line mounting the command and indication panel.
In the rear of the door are contained the various operating switches,
hidden from sight to prevent them from being accidentally operated.
The two slots are reserved for a standard DB9 connector
used to connect UPS to a PC. The Constructor supplied
program residing on the PC allows to manage UPS opera-
tion. To the tagblock residing on the same board a remote
panel (optional) can be connected. The lights present on the
remote panel reports on the UPS state of operation.
An additional Relay Board (optional) with functions similar
to the standard one is supplied upon customer demand.
UPS has been designed and constructed with the aim of offering

high performance in terms of safety, protection and reliability.
UPS is therefore, suitable to serve sophisticated loads
which are highly sensitive to surges and micro-interrup-
tions on the mains power.
