Safety notes

KIMAX is a quality product from Siemens VDO
Trading GmbH. It was developed and manufactu-
red in accordance with the general regulations for
use in commercial vehicles.
KIMAX complies with current quality standards
and has been approved for installation without
further testing.
A document of compliance, issued by DEKRA, is
attached at the end of this document.
When unpacking the device, please
check that all components are complete
and undamaged. Do not install compon-
ents that are damaged!
KIMAX must be used only for its inten-
ded purpose!
Use only parts supplied with the device or
parts conforming to the DIN 73377 stan-
dard.

To install KIMAX, you will need access to
the vehicle's suspension system. To gua-
rantee the correct function of the axle
load display device and to ensure vehicle
safety, KIMAX must be installed accor-
ding to the instructions contained in these
installation and operating instructions.
The correct installation of KIMAX will not
affect the structure or driving properties
of the vehicle.
