Preparations

For sensor connection between the bellows air
supply and the KIMAX display device, a polyami-
de pipe with Ø 6 x 1 mm is required.
The included tee-piece will fit polyamide com-
pressed air pipes with an 8 mm outside diameter.
If the vehicle is fitted with compressed air lines of
a different type, appropriate connectors (tee-pie-
ces, dual feed line connectors, etc.) conforming
to the DIN 73377 standard must be used.

KIMAX cab-mounted variant
When deciding on the mounting position of the
cab-mounted display, consider the sensor cable
routing in the dashboard and, on tilting cabs, the
hinging point.
